These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Puntoneutral s.r.o., Company ID: 12345678, with registered office at Hlavná 123, 811 01 Bratislava (hereinafter 'provider') and users of the puntoneutral.com website and related services (hereinafter 'user'). By using our site, you agree to these terms.
The provider operates an educational platform focused on financial literacy. Services include: Free educational content (articles, guides, templates); Paid online courses with certification; Information newsletter; Contact consultation through the form. Content is intended exclusively for educational purposes and does not constitute individual financial advice.
Registration is required to access paid courses. During registration, you must provide truthful and current information. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. The provider reserves the right to cancel accounts that violate these terms.
Course prices are listed including VAT. Payment is made online by payment cards or bank transfer. After successful payment, you receive immediate access to the course. The invoice will be sent electronically to your email address.
According to § 7 of Act No. 102/2014 Coll., you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchasing the course without giving a reason, provided you have not started using the course. If you have already started the course (opened more than 10% of content), you agree to lose the right of withdrawal. Send withdrawal requests to info@puntoneutral.com.
All content on the site (texts, graphics, videos, courses) is protected by copyright and belongs to the provider or licensing partners. It is forbidden to reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly disseminate content without written consent. By purchasing a course, you obtain a personal, non-transferable license to use it.
Content on the site is provided 'as is' for general educational purposes. The provider is not responsible for users' financial decisions based on site content. We recommend consulting with a licensed financial advisor before making financial decisions. The provider's maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the service.
Send service complaints to info@puntoneutral.com within 30 days of discovering a defect. We will handle the complaint within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can contact the Slovak Trade Inspection or use the alternative dispute resolution platform.
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The court in Bratislava has jurisdiction to resolve disputes. The provider reserves the right to change these terms. You will be informed of changes by email or notice on the site.
